GTA: Vice City
Love it, the whole taking over the city and becoming a crime overlord was great, as well as driving and shooting etc etc - very cool game, i feel this beats san andreas on storyline and characters but obviously doesnt compare to the graphics, i'm giving SA it's own one - GTA3 was a great game too but Vice City built on that and there wasn't a huge difference for me
